Halibut Limits Have Been Set

Well, the limits have been set, the change will take place starting June 5th.  One halibut per day for non-resident sport fishermen/women.  The injunction has been filed, and we shall see what the courts have to say, but for now that’s the way it will be.  Conservation?  Maybe, and if it means we will be here fishing in ten years, then so be it!

We also want to stress that the fishsing is always good here in Sitka, and we will do everything in our power to make your trip a memorable one, and a fruitful one! We work extra hard for you, our valued clients and that will not change no matter what the limits are.
